His passion for golf and dedication to youth development have been instrumental in shaping the tour's success. Ryan's commitment to youth golf extends to organizing tournaments that encourage young athletes to develop independence and decision-making skills on the course. He emphasizes the importance of camaraderie and support among players, fostering an environment where participants not only compete but also uplift one another. Through his leadership, the Wisconsin Jr Golf Tour has become a vital platform for nurturing young golfing talent in Wisconsin, providing opportunities for skill development and personal growth both on and off the course. |

Trevor Metzler - Northeast Wisconsin Tour Director
Trevor's passion for golf began at the young age of three when his grandfather would take him to the Par 3 Course at Mr. Golf. From that moment on, his love for the game only grew. What Trevor enjoys most about golf is the competitive aspect—testing his skills against others—while also embracing the mental challenges that require strategic thinking and smart decision-making. Currently, Trevor is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where he is pursuing a degree in Physical and Health Education. Trevor is also a Wisconsin Jr Golf Tour Alumni playing on the tour at age 14, coincidentally, the same year the tour was founded. He competed until he was 18 before transitioning into a leadership role, helping to support the next generation of junior golfers. When asked about his favorite part of working with the tour, Trevor finds it hard to choose just one. However, if he had to pick, it would be the excitement of hearing junior golfers enthusiastically discuss their scores and engage in friendly competition—creating a fun and encouraging environment for all. |

Ella Lambrecht - Central Wisconsin Tour Director
Ella's passion for golf began at the young age of five, and since then, the game has played a significant role in her life. She loves every aspect of golf—whether it’s playing, watching, or learning about the latest equipment. Beyond the sport itself, golf has given her incredible relationships and unforgettable experiences. Currently, Ella is pursuing a degree in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. With a strong interest in the business side of golf, she hopes to build a career in the industry, ideally working for a leading equipment brand. Ella played on tour for three years, gaining valuable experience and deepening her love for the game. Now, as a Tour Director, her favorite part of the role is connecting with players, exploring different courses, and expanding her expertise in the golf industry. Her journey in golf is just getting started, and she looks forward to making an impact in the sport she loves! |
